talk to a teacher/staff member if applicable
reach out to your school's child youth worker/social worker/ psychologist/guidance/academic advisors if available
if you have a friend/family member you can trust, talk to them about the issue

it is not OK for feel unsafe in a situation! it is important to attempt to remove yourself from the situation if you can, and seek help right away.if you do not feel safe, or are in a state of crisis (ex. not feeling safe in your home around family/around partner/school):
tell someone you trust. whether it is a friend, family member, extended family member, a teacher/staff member at a place of education, or a member of a church/mosque/synagogue/place of worship.
find a safe place that you can stay in Whether it is a friend's house, a youth shelter, a Friendship center, a relative's house, a community center, library or mall.
establish a safety plan it is important to establish a course of action to take in an event that you do not feel safe. when establishing a safety plan, make sure to give one to trusted adults/friends/family members so they can know what actions to take.

trauma is the body's response to a stressful event/situation. trauma can be different to everyone, and people's experiences can be unique.trauma can affect us both mentally, emotionally, and physically. situations that can cause traumas include:
